Southern Sweden Tour - Day 24

After a completely quiet night at the great campsite, we set off this morning for 'Astrid Lindgren's World'. Actually, we wanted to go there on our way here, but the weather had thwarted our plans back then.

But now it worked out, and we could meet the characters of our childhood. Whether it's Michel (here in Sweden he is actually called Emil) from Lönneberga, Pippi Longstocking, Ronja the Robber's Daughter, Karlsson on the Roof, the Children of Bullerby, Lotta from Krachmacherstraße, Madita and Lisabet from Birkenlund, and a few more.

It was nice to be taken back to childhood once again.

After visiting Astrid Lindgren's World, we traveled about 180 kilometers on country roads from Vimmerby to Urshult. We actually wanted to find a spot in Ryd, but there was nothing available since we arrived quite late.

Well then, now we have a spot a few kilometers further in Urshult and will stay here for two nights.
