Sydney - Blue Mountains: Morning cloudy and in the afternoon beautiful summer weather at 28 degrees

The bus ride took us through untouched bushland and numerous small towns that serve as weekend retreats. We followed in the footsteps of the first explorers of Australia towards the Blue Mountains. In the small town of Leura, we had some time to stroll. Afterwards, we continued to the viewpoint Echo Point, from where we enjoyed a view of the world-famous formation 'The Three Sisters'. The view into the Blue Mountains was magnificent, but unfortunately, they were not blue. After lunch, we went to the steepest cable car in the world, where we shot 200 meters into the valley. Yes, this reminded me of Rust, only without safety bars, so we had to hold on tight. A walk through the mystical rainforest concluded this trip.
