From Laufenburg to Stein am Rhein

Today, the prevailing color was gray, and the prevailing condition was damp to wet. In other words, it rained repeatedly. However, we were lucky that the main weather change occurred early in the morning with a proper thunderstorm. We only got the remnants, but it was enough. Today's tour mainly followed the Rhine with occasional excursions into the quite hilly surroundings. But we have to slowly get used to climbing, so there will be more of it. The tourist highlight today was, of course, the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen. Despite the somewhat adverse circumstances, we made good progress today, thanks to a supportive tailwind. In the afternoon, we spontaneously decided to extend the stage by another 10 km. And now, we have arrived in Stein am Rhein.
