Weekend♥️
8/11 A little sleep-in and then a dip in the pool. Mulle took a walk towards Sala Dan and discovered some new paths. Lawa and I took a stroll along the beach to visit our fruit...

Happy Father's Day!
Dad was celebrated in the morning with a new sarong and a bottle of Hong Tong. An old trick we learned to keep our stomachs in shape. Not too far off from how it's done in Hungary when you wake up and come into the kitchen and he asks 'Palinka'? (Fruit brandy)
Lawa got the world's biggest avocado for breakfast. And after training, there was brunch with falukorv and eggs.
Lawa had Muay Thai training today and succeeded as always. All the trainers came up and praised her to us and asked if she would like to fight. Mom smiled sweetly and thought it probably wouldn't happen as long as I'm alive 😀
Then they wanted to take pictures with her, who wouldn't want photos to show of the new world champion and to prove that they trained her when she was a child. 😜
She received a lot of feedback about being good at listening, taking instructions, and improving.
That she really enjoyed this! Then they squeezed her calf muscles and arm muscles and said strong, very strong!
She got a pair of real Muay Thai shorts with the text Koh Lanta! How cool!
For me, it absolutely works to take a six-month leave to be her manager in Thailand, no problem.
We met up with a few of Lawa's school friends and their families at Lym's bar and hung out by the pool. Then we changed to celebrate Father at Yang Garden, which is a fine dining restaurant owned by Swedes. Super good food but it just felt completely wrong to eat this food in Koh Lanta; it belongs in Sweden. But fantastic service and staff.
We also got a glass of red each, which was wonderful.
We were a bit early for dinner, so we took a memory lane walk in the area. Checked where one of our favorites, The Garden, had moved and decided that soon it would be time to go eat there.
The last time we were here, a new resort had just been built in the area, and we were there often to hang out and then head to one of our favorite beaches, Relax beach.
Now that it's been long enough, I can share that Lawa had a number 2 meltdown in their shower completely unplanned when the diaper was off too. 🙈😜
Now we could hardly recognize the area as so much has happened. We still sat down and had a beer in one of the restaurants at the entrance. There was the sweetest lady working there who was so charmed by Lawa and her hair, 'it's like gold'!
Back home, the evening ended with a swim in the pool and relaxation on the terrace. Love it!
