Sydney, Bondi and other beaches, Day 4

Today we got two more tickets for the Opera House. Last time, we missed the chance to see a performance at the Opera House. On the way, there was a beautiful rainbow and a returning aircraft carrier was welcomed with water fountains. After that, we met with Susan and Rose, whom we also met on the cruise.

We walked along many bays with them and had lunch together. It was very nice again, and once more we saw some whales in the sea, a bit far away, but still.

In almost all bays, swimming and surfing is done. The sea is actually warm enough for swimming, but on land, you quickly have to put your clothes back on. That's why there are more surfers at this time, as the waves are also bigger now.

After the last dinner in Sydney, we went to the Opera House, where we attended a fantastic performance. The theme was the four seasons of love. They presented traditional Italian madrigals (Renaissance and early Baroque) in a classical form and almost exclusively a cappella, combined with pieces from the 21st century.
