The Bonette early in the morning at a cool 24 degrees :-), great curves and a snow plow clearing the debris from the road and
with a fantastic view was simply excellent. The detour to Col de Vars through a long, deep gorge was challenging and required full
concentration since the road is very narrow and often winds around rocks or goes from curves into tunnels, and you never see if there
is another vehicle coming. Naturally, there were >>>> trucks, motorhomes, hidden Porsche racers right in the middle of the road, and of course
as always on this tour, cyclists.

Functional hotel with secure parking in the underground garage and close to the old town.
Across the street is the marina, and along the shore are several restaurants. In the evening at 20:00 we also had dinner in one of them.
