07/10/2022 - Arrival in Vietnam

Hello Vietnam - after about 17 hours of travel including a short stopover in Doha, I have arrived at my first destination: Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam.

With a whole range of emotions - from great excitement to "What are you doing here" - everything was included as we ventured out of the airport into the jungle of an Asian metropolis.

Somewhere in the back of my mind, I know that I am about to embark on the most exciting months of my life, but I haven't fully realized it yet. It will probably take a little while. Currently, I am mostly curious about Vietnam and all the adventures I will experience here in the next 30 days. And a little bit excited about the next shower as well, being on my feet for almost 24 hours has taken its toll...
