This excursion was at the top of our list: The Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle. Beautiful and definitely worth a visit! We were there two years ago and really wanted to go back, and it was absolutely worth it. Daniel was excited too! This year marks the 25th anniversary, and everything is particularly well-maintained and polished. Many flowers are still blooming, especially sunflowers and dahlias.
In addition to the gardens, which are wonderfully nestled in the hilly landscape and divided into thematic areas, there are ponds, cascades, viewpoints, art installations, and grottos. Inside the castle is the
