Fairy Tale Castle and Two Towns in Poland
Moszna Castle, Opole, and Brzeg - on the way to Wrocław

Our last stop in Poland was Wrocław.
On a guided city tour, we explored the Old Town and Cathedral Island.
Large parts of the city were destroyed at the end of World War II and rebuilt starting in the 1960s.
Today, the colorful houses around the 'Ring', the large market square, shine again in their former glory.
Our walk through the city turned into a joyful 'Dwarf Hunt' with many small figures:
The Wrocław Dwarfs (Polish: Wrocławskie krasnale) are over 600 (or perhaps even more) small bronze figures scattered throughout the city as a tourist attraction.
Originally created as a symbol of the anti-communist underground movement
