Nha Trang has really beautiful beaches, more and more high-rise buildings, hotels, traffic, and Russians (and of course Chinese people). Still, it's a really nice place, especially for underwater activities. Vietnam's underwater world may not be able to compete with all the famous diving spots, but it can still impress.
