Expedition Ijen

Today we left Bali for a day to ship over to East Java. The goal was the Ijen volcano. After a difficult way up, we had to put on our respiratory masks as we admired the world-famous 'blue fire' at the Ijen crater. However, we couldn't stand it for long as the smell of sulfur was too strong and it burned our eyes. But the views at the end were definitely worth the effort!
