Day 30 Te Anau

Departure in the rain towards Te Anau. The drive there was rather uneventful. Just past Queenstown, a short detour up to the Remarkables ski area, there was even fresh snow. On the way up, there are actually great opportunities for views, but the weather wasn't on our side again.

After arriving in Te Anau, we explored the Fiordland a bit more. The weather and views are slowly improving, and Lake Te Anau has already expanded. Let's see how it continues....
