Tag 41 & 42 Singapore and journey back home

This was the last day of an amazing trip, it is hard to put it all into words.

This morning, we splashed around in the pool one more time, looked out over the city one more time, then brought our suitcases to the airport and went back into the city. We were actually wandering around aimlessly to kill time, had some delicious food in Chinatown, strolled through Marina Bay for a bit, admired once again the fascination of the driverless subways, and finally visited the mega shopping mall Jewel at the airport. The atrium with the huge fountain is truly unique.

This was probably my last post, now just have to endure the nearly 15-hour flight and then Christmas will be here soon.....
