Day 38 Singapore first day

It is quite a big change from the nature and tranquility of New Zealand to the hustle and bustle of the mega city of Singapore.

However, Singapore is still something special, as a lot has changed since my last visit 31 years ago.

Visit the city's landmark, the Merlion, with a small boat tour on the Singapore River.

In the afternoon, visit Little India, an extreme contrast to modern Singapore. Then relax by the pool.

Unfortunately, our evening ride on the Singapore Flyer had to be cancelled due to technical problems with the Ferris wheel. Hopefully it will work out.
