Mamolar is a locality and a municipality located in the southeast of the province of Burgos, in Castilla y León (Spain, Europe). It is part of the Sierra de la Demanda region. It belongs to the judicial district of Salas de los Infantes, the judicial district No. 7 of the province of Burgos, and also is part of the municipal group of Alfoz de Lara.
According to the data from INE in 2023, it has a population of 29 inhabitants and an area of 18 km².
The beautiful parish church is dedicated to Santa Centola and dates back to the 16th century. There is also a hermitage on the outskirts dedicated to Santiago Apóstol. The patron saint of Mamolar is Santa Centola, whose feast is celebrated around August 15, coinciding with Mamolar's Patronal Festivities. Another notable celebration in Mamolar is the popular Pingada del Mayo, which takes place around May 1.
