Abel Tasman

In the morning, I drive briefly over to Cape Farewell on the Tasman Sea. After a 15-minute walk, I reach the beach and can finally see the famous Windows motif in real life. Of course, the weather has continued to worsen, so I can't capture the beautiful blue sky as a backdrop. Now, I'm heading to Abel Tasman, where I can stay for 2 nights in Aworoa. The last stretch of road is once again the familiar gravel road. Just in time for the tide, I reach the bay, and after an hour's walk through mud, sand, and knee-deep water, I finally arrive at the barn.
