Day 3: Mare et Monti

Beautiful weather was promised, but the weather gods were apparently busy elsewhere. So we started our day with breakfast by the picturesque canals of Cesenatico. Then along the sea to the rising hills of San Marino.

The oldest republic in the world has turned into a real tourist hotspot. We wanted to avoid these zones, but you live and learn. We continued up and down on bumpy roads to the university city of Urbino.

Finally, we found our accommodation for the night in the truly beautiful hamlet of Piobbico in the Marche region. Let's keep going...
