Day 16: From the mountains to the lagoon

Today we return to the Adriatic Sea in the Venetian Lagoon. But not to Venice, but to the equally beautiful Chioggia. The scooter ride goes along the hot coast to Ravenna. By noon, we have reached the lagoon city and have to cool down in our room. Even the sea does not offer proper refreshment.

In the evening, we explore the beautiful town. This gem is highly recommended for those who can do without the hustle and bustle of fashionable Venice.
