From Kiel to Oslo - Sensory Overload Included

The little cruise is called the route from Kiel to Oslo, and that fits perfectly.

I've never been on one, but this is how I imagine it: crowds of people, everything flashing and sparkling and vying for attention. Somehow, it’s all very cool because you can get everything you need (or don’t need). And it's always available, at any time. There is always someone nice from the crew around if you have questions. Yet, at the same time, it’s all a bit overwhelming. Too much of everything, too many options, too many sounds, too many impressions. On this huge ship, there’s everything from swimming pools to spas, discos, restaurants, bars, shopping, and even a golf simulator.

At the same time, all of this fascinates me, and I try to capture these impressions in photos.

Our cabin is wonderful, which served as a calming retreat again this morning after breakfast.
