Tag 9: Hunsel - Home

Hi,

one last time, the groundhog says hello.

This morning I met the host, but he spoke very little German and mostly Dutch; so we communicated in a manner reminiscent of the Minions.

That day, there were two highlights, Roermond and see the photos.

I traveled through three countries total, but I hardly noticed except when I was back in Germany.

The moment I realized I was in the Ruhr area, specifically in Krefeld, was when a stranger cut flowers from the windowsill of another stranger 😅

Lastly, I shared a ride with Helge Schneider for 15 kilometers. He was at least a double. It was cool to meet like-minded people 🙌

We will see each other in 2027 in the Pyrenees or in Duisburg. Tough nut to crack. But the Ironman 70.3 is happening in Duisburg on 29.8.2027.
