Pure Nature
I continue to follow the Saône downstream, and today I complete my first week on the way to the Mediterranean.

Today I only rode my bike down to the valley into the city. There's nothing happening there, and I believe it's not just because it's Sunday and the weather is bad.

At least I was able to get a coffee in one of the two open bars and could clean off the marks of the last 7 days from my bike with a pressure washer. Without worrying about battery capacity on this short distance, I headed back up the mountain with light drizzle and turbo support for a few kilometers.
Otherwise, I’m giving my body a break before the longest stage of the tour tomorrow. By tomorrow evening, I'll already be south of Dijon, and it will almost feel like 'southern France.'
Just as a follow-up to yesterday: Dinner together with the hosts Veronique and Christian, of course typically French and very delicious. Tabbouleh, Boeuf Bourguignon, Cheese, Apple and Almond Tart. Let’s see what we have today. In any case, I need to dig deep into my memories of my French language skills, the hosts' English skills are definitely even lower.
