On our way to Tuscany, we stop in Giens, a small village on a peninsula just below Hyeres on the Côte d'Azur. This is a beach very popular with surfers, with a strong breeze blowing. We enjoy the architecture here, which is notably friendlier compared to Spain. Tomorrow we continue and will stop for two more nights in Liguria along the coast before spending a week on Elba afterwards.
