Monday 2020-06-15 Hallstatt in the rain

Also overnight, the weather situation hasn't changed. So we're heading to Hallstatt, specifically to a dry place - the salt mine tunnels 🤗

By the time we reached the entrance of the Christina Tunnel, we were wet from the inside (sweating from walking) and from the outside due to the heavy rain 🙄

The tour was interesting, but it was primarily focused on tourism - with lots of movies and two long slides and the oldest wooden staircase in Europe

Right now, we're sitting in the "Zum grünen Baum" restaurant, enjoying a warm asparagus soup 🤗

Let's see what the afternoon brings - besides Hallstatt with few tourists 😊
