Day 2: From Santa to Me-time 06.12.2024✨

Today started off a bit more leisurely. After sleeping in, we had tea and an extra portion of cuddling with our host's dog – the perfect start to the day! 🐕

But then came the first little hiccup: Our Uber took quite a while to arrive. At least he drove us to the supermarket, where we shopped diligently. And the prices? Cheaper than in Norway – Hallelujah! ✨

After that, we moved on: Found a bus, even scored three seats (success!), and off to Santa Claus Village. 🧑‍🎄There, we admired Santa's home and saw reindeer. Unfortunately, their living conditions didn't seem great, but we tried not to let that dampen our spirits.

One coffee later, the Christmas spirit was saved – the village was truly enchanting.☕️

Then came a long drive: Three hours north to our next accommodation. The cabins are small, but completely sufficient. For dinner, we had spaghetti with tomato sauce – always a winner! 🍝

We share the cabin with an Australian and a Belgian, and during dinner, we chatted about our cultures. It's fascinating how differently we think! ☺️😱

To close out the day, I received a lovely bracelet that put a smile on my face – my small highlight. “Superstar” - Thank you, Anna✨

And then? My “Me-Time” preparation. Boiled some water, set up the coffee station, everything quiet so I can start tomorrow morning in peace. Perfect. ✨🤭❄️☕️
