Tag 8: City Flair, Cocoa Magic, and Homecoming

Today started with a well-rested beginning – no alarm clock, just leisurely easing into the day. After that, it was off to the city for a little stroll to admire the majestic mountains in the background. The atmosphere? Simply dreamy.

A small highlight of the day was definitely our stop for something special: a “ceremonial cocoa” and a warming Golden Milk. Both drinks not only brought happiness to the body but also to the soul – pure coziness in cup form.

Next, we headed to the Polar Museum, and the best part? It was “for free”! A glimpse into the stories of adventurers and explorers who conquered this icy world.

To wrap up the day, we treated ourselves to some Norwegian salmon – and wow, what a delight! Fresh, tender, simply perfect. A culinary highlight that left us full and happy.

Then, unfortunately, it was time to say goodbye to this beautiful corner of Norway. With a bit of melancholy, but also anticipation, we headed back to Oslo – to our beloved home that welcomes us with open arms again. A day to remember. ❤️
