Diving in Labuan Bajo, Flores, Indonesia

Then we took a propeller plane from the city of Ende to Labuan Bajo. We arrived in just 50 minutes. We treated ourselves to a hotel with a great view of the sea and sunset. In the evening, we went out for dinner. It was a complete contrast to what we had seen of Flores so far: diving schools, restaurants, tour operators, small shops... tourism had already arrived here, although it was still quite new. On the first evening, there was fantastic live music in the restaurant where we had dinner. The next day, we spent a relaxed day at the beach and on a scooter. Because the next day, we went diving. In the morning, at half past seven, we first went out on the boat for two hours. We made three dives in total and it was fantastic. We had a nice divemaster with us, who took good care of us, and we were a small group underwater - three of us and the divemaster. We saw a shark, many colorful fish and corals, a turtle, Nemos, and much more. The dive boat was also comfortable, equipped with cushions and pillows for relaxation, and we were provided with delicious food, fruits, tea, and water. So we had an eventful last day on the island of Flores. But the adventure is not over yet... on the contrary... it's just beginning.. :-)
