We toast to our 'bread supply' in the form of toast. It's delicious even if we have to awkwardly toast it in the pan... doesn't matter as long as it works.
We discuss what we should do... we have the passports with us... let's pack everything together and secure it, and then we can head out. Our destination is Bali.... after 90 minutes, some shopping, and the drive, we reach our goal... Bali in Crete...
Unfortunately, we have to take a little detour because the GPS wasn’t really clear, and we only found the access on the second attempt. We end up at the beach of Bali... it kind of feels like a temporary 'lost place'. Everything is really deserted, and we are alone. A camper pulls up next to us, but otherwise it is really empty, and we are 'completely alone'. But that doesn't bother us, and we joyfully walk along the sandy beach towards the harbor and walk back along the promenade. I believe the night will be very quiet again.
After dinner, we take our obligatory evening walk towards the beach... breathtaking images.... the darkness has its charm, and the moon adds to it.... whoohoo....
