One third is already over and Brighton is still not boring at all!
You know that I take photos of many things I experience to capture the moments. But I want to spare you the photo of an event today. But let me start at the beginning:
After going to tennis again on Thursday, just relaxing yesterday evening, and getting a good night's sleep this morning, I went into town to the post office to send some postcards. If you don't receive any in the next few days, you can still expect them later, I haven't written them all yet!😉
After dropping off and paying for the postcards, I treated myself to a super delicious 'over-iced' Caramel Latte and made myself comfortable at Churchill Square, the largest shopping area in Brighton. Then I experienced something not so great. A seagull decided to 'empty' itself right above me while flying. Not exactly cool for a man not equipped with tissues. So I went back to the cafe, cleaned up what needed to be cleaned up, finished my drink, and went to my host family to change clothes.
Then I took the bus back to Churchill Square and continued shopping!
A quick detour to my lunch break on Friday: I only had to pay 5 pounds for the delicious pizza included with a drink at the restaurant Buon Appetito - unbeatable for the otherwise quite high prices here! 😋
By the way, I bought a ticket for the nearby Olly Murs concert tomorrow and I'm really looking forward to it. I'll report back about it!😊
See you soon!
