Olly Murs & Gewitter

I'm back! After an exhausting tennis training session and a cozy evening in my room, I'm happy to write my next entry!

On Sunday, as announced in my last post, I went to the Olly Murs concert in nearby Hove! It was just a half-hour bus ride away, with delicious food stands, a great atmosphere, and a beautiful cricket stadium as the venue. It was more than just bearable - it was really, really cool! His songs simply spread good vibes and you could clearly feel that in the crowd. Live, he added his own touch to each song, making it perfect for a summer evening. I really didn't expect him to be so talented. It was an amazing live performance and definitely worth the money! 😊

I'll attach a few photos, of course! If anyone wants to see a video and has my phone number, feel free to reach out! 😋

Other than that, the days are flying by so quickly. On Monday, I attended my first official Badgers training with Coach Jon Miller, which I just got back from. I'll be participating in the training every Monday and Wednesday from now on, and I'm having a blast! The people there are so nice and fun, but during the 1.5-hour training sessions, seriousness is key, and that's a good thing!

I won't say much about Tuesday evening. There was a heavy thunderstorm - that's about it.

As for work, my boss Daniel had his birthday on Monday and he decided to give himself a gift by taking Tuesday and today off. I got to take responsibility for the keys and spent the last two days working alone in the office with my colleague Eva. Tomorrow, we'll be back to full staff and we'll have new additional tasks!

By the way, during my lunch break today, I visited 'Belgian Chips'. There, they only serve 'fries' in bags, in different sizes and with a variety of sauces. You can actually watch the potato being transformed into more or less salted fries (depending on your preference). It was delicious! 😋

That's it for now! See you soon! ✌
