18.2. At 7:30 we are ready to visit the Cathedral of Marble. We take a minibus to the lake where we are equipped and instructed. The almost 2 hours on the water are a lot of fun and make us want more! The tour is reasonably priced and the marble rocks are really worth seeing. Back at the office, the same employee as yesterday tells us that her boss is not satisfied because the money has not arrived yet. We go online and show her that it has already been debited from Amelia's account. So that should be fine. If not, she can contact us and we will pay again. Her boss accepts this, with whom she has been texting on WhatsApp the whole time, but doesn't. There is still no cash from the ATM, so we ask at the campground if we can transfer the money to them by credit card and they would then pay us in cash to pay the amount in cash to the kayak provider after all. As an exception, they agree to this and "exchange" the amount for us. So now we are taking the risk. If Amelia's payment arrives with them, we would have paid twice. We don't believe that they will transfer the amount back to us afterwards and we get a little upset while we drive north again. Today we make it to Puerto Aysen where we treat ourselves to a pizza and book a cabin. Does Google Maps really have it right for once and bring us to the right place? There is no sign or indication of the accommodation anywhere nearby. The neighbor directs us further into the valley, where there are cabins. We ask three more times about the accommodation until a woman calls the landlord for us. The cabins are actually located at the Google Maps icon, but the cottages are hidden behind a huge metal gate without an address. How is anyone supposed to find it? The landlord is nice and the accommodation is okay. We spend another stress-free night and can relax little by little.
