Von Atlanta nach Philadelphia - eine Reise durch die amerikanische Geschichte
Drei Wochen mit dem Mietwagen ging es über Savannah, Charleston, durch die Smoky Mountains, an die Crystal Coast, über die Outer Banks zum Historic Triangle und über Washington D.C. ins Hinterland zu den Amish und Mennoniten. Weiter nach Philadelphia und schlußendlich für mich noch einige Tage an den südlichsten Zipfel von New Jersey. Cape May ein Kleinod viktorianischer Baukunst und Bäderarchitektur des alten Amerikas. Eine unvergessliche Reise auf sehr ungewöhlichen Pfaden, die uns für immer in Erinnerung bleiben wird.
