Monday, 10.02.20, Day 85

Red Bridge Campsite, Wanaka

First up is Wanaka: we go shopping, refuel Zuhlo, and refill our fresh water supply. The best investment of the day: headlamps - that finally makes us real hikers. These will be tried out directly the next night, when we go to Roys Peak for sunrise. The rest of the day we spend at Lake Wanaka, enjoying summer temperatures once again. In the evening, we prepare tacos with cheese and tomatoes and decide that we definitely have to make these more often.
