We feel ready for the traffic and rent bicycles at the hotel. On our way to Phsar Thmei, the central market, we have a unique encounter: peacocks 'in the wild'!
The offerings of the central market are not different from other markets we have seen on our travels. The hall was designed by a Frenchman in the 1930s and built in the Art Deco style. The dome is worth seeing!
