Another very warm Day at the North Sea.

Today to Jever. I was here a few years ago and visited not only the castle, the accompanying park, but also the mill. Due to the current temperatures, the program was shortened.

Purchased a cap in the JEVER-FANSHOP, and some groceries at the weekly market. In the castle garden, peacocks were roaming around and two wedding parties were present. The café there didn’t serve espresso – it opened later.

Luckily, it was possible to buy fish in Carolinensiel. Since there was no sole, a substitute found its way into the fridge. We could still enjoy coffee and cake before the evening meal. 

Fish with bananas and rice was the dinner; along with beer from here or something like that. To get some movement in the knee, we took a walk on the beach. There wasn’t much water, but it was still fun for other guests to stand with their feet in the wet. That was certainly not very cooling.
