On March 18, 2026, we set off at noon for Mallorca.

In celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary, we thought this was indeed a special occasion and chose a fantastic hotel on the island.

The 'Pure Salt Garonda' is an exclusive, elegant adults-only hotel in Playa de Palma with a direct beachfront location overlooking the Mediterranean, featuring a spa, concierge service, 3 different restaurants, and much more.

The three restaurants in the hotel:

'Salty Restaurant', where one can enjoy a selection of local and international dishes, which we tasted on March 18.

'Mikel & Pintxo' is a restaurant offering tapas and Spanish cuisine.

The 'L’A Trattoria Pizzeria', where one can enjoy authentic wood-fired pizza, pasta, meat and fish dishes, and Italian specialties. We visited this restaurant on March 19.

Also in the hotel are the cocktail bar 'Garonda Sky' and the 'Lobby Bar'.

So, the culinary needs are very well taken care of.

Today (March 19, 2026), we just stayed in the town (Las Maravillas) where the hotel is located, more by the beach/sea, and we even walked to the party mile, where 'Oberbayern' and 'Megapark' are, where the party continues for the party enthusiasts, with dancing and, among other things, alcohol flowing freely.
