Two days just for a break. We somehow needed it!
We spontaneously decided to take a phone break and since we liked the peaceful camping, we stayed for a day. The camping is on a farm that also offers moose safaris simultaneously. We thought we would stay for a short while, but we ended up staying longer. We drove relatively far until we reached a charming lake.
There was a lovely shop with a very friendly owner. Then we lingered for a bit, had something to drink before we hit the road again.
On the way back, we were surprised by a storm. While Sue was waiting with the dogs by the cabin, Lexi ran 2 km to the camper to pick everyone up😂
The next night we were surprised by another storm. It was so cozy in the camper to wake up, look outside, and just lie there🥰🤩 The dogs got to enjoy the slow morning with us in bed🥹🫶🏼
Later in the afternoon/evening when it got dark, we went for a walk with the dogs.
Lexi: (nudges Sue) there’s a moose! Sue: no, that’s a rock! Lexi: that’s a moose!!! Sue: that’s a horse. Lexi: then does the horse have antlers?! And indeed! A moose! In the wild, without a safari, without anything, just there grazing on the farmer’s field🤣 to defend herself, Sue didn’t spot it right away😜
Off to the next place..
