.... at least it felt that way.
After a beautiful sunrise, we took the ferry from Paihia to Russell to spend (almost) a whole day on a tall ship in the Bay of Islands.
The six-member crew and the other sailing companions - predominantly from New Zealand, Canada, and the USA - gave us a fantastic day filled with sunshine, swimming, and barbecuing on board .... thank you for that!
