About Bears and Power Outages

Today we saw a bear. We were driving home from school when Mom said there is a bear 🐻. He was very cute. N🐹

Having escaped from the bear, another surprise awaits at home: a widespread power outage. Pam says it could last a few hours. So, fire up the fireplace, gather candles, plan a grill dinner, and Dad, no more trips to the bathroom (the flush runs on a pump), and Mom’s 'know-it-all grin': THAT'S why you always bring an emergency flashlight! But it wasn't that bad after all; after an hour, the electric gold flowed again... 🦩R
