My California

This morning we left Modesto early. Our goal was to reach Santa Barbara in 6 hours. Along the way, we made intentional stops at two places that would have been on our route: Instead of a wine tour and horse ranch, we had coffee and cookies in El Paso Robles, and in Cambria, we only stayed for 1 hour instead of 4 days 😂. The break at Moonstone Beach was so refreshing. It's exactly this nature that I love and had hoped for. 

After that, we drove along the famous Highway No. 1 to my ❤️-city. Our journey originates from my constant chatter about this city. Alessandros' hope that my memories would turn out to be illusory upon my return was unfortunately not fulfilled 😜. This city is just so beautiful and has character. You can walk around, and it feels like a vacation. The whole neighborhood is filled with flowers, palm trees, cozy houses, and the beach is just around the corner. We will stay here for the last two days. 🦩R
