Day 1 - From Wuppertal to Lintorf (Ratingen)

Let's go! I packed yesterday, so I could leave quickly and easily today. A kind neighbor took a photo of me in front of the house, then I started with a light drizzle (which stopped along the way), going over Düssel to Wülfrath. Here, I treated myself to breakfast at the bakery before heading along the road for a pretty long stretch. I made a stop at Aldi in Homberg to buy provisions (a lot, as the stores are closed tomorrow and the day after). The last part of the journey was nice; it went through the forest, and I had fries sitting outside in a restaurant. I arrived at the hotel in Lintorf at 16:20. Distance today: 25.4 km.
