Day 2 - From Lintorf (Ratingen) to Kamp-Lintfort

Today I got a complimentary breakfast at the hotel, so I could start off well-fueled. At the beginning, the sky was cloudy and the temperature was cool, but as the day went on, the sun came out and it got very warm. The first section took me through southern Duisburg and along the Rhine, which I crossed via a pedestrian railway bridge. Then I made my way through the Logport area mainly on roads and designated cycling and hiking trails to Moers, where I stopped at an Indian restaurant. In the final section, there was a mix of roads and forest areas, enjoying the beautiful sunshine. I arrived at the hotel around 16:45. Today's route: 34.3 km.
