The house was really nice. With the recent leftovers from the previous day, we made ourselves breakfast and then set off - under brilliant sunshine. In the next village, there was a bar that treated us to Cornetti and Cafe Americano. The path was very beautiful and varied, primarily winding through olive groves. At times, the route was a bit challenging because the GPS data and way markings significantly differed. So, we stomped off the beaten path more than once, slavishly following the signal on the phone through olive groves and underbrush. In the end, we always found our way back to the correct path.
In Montelibretti, we settled into our accommodation in the basement of a house (not really good, but clean).
After some frustration that our restaurant of choice was closed with every notification, we found a restaurant directly opposite our accommodation that compensated us for all the culinary deprivations of the past few days.
