Today from Kopasker past wonderful black beaches to Dettifoss. This is said to be the largest waterfall in Iceland, and also in Europe, and it is truly very impressive. Before that, we made a stop at Hafragilsfoss. At the Dettifoss parking lot, we had a nice and interesting conversation with an Icelandic couple while making coffee. After that, we continued to Myvatn to Camping Hlið, which is located a bit higher up and offers a lovely view over the lava field and the lake.
