On the way to the ferry

In a few days, we will leave Iceland and be on our way to Seydisfjoerdur. Today, we visited Ljosavatn again and then went to Godafoss. We thoroughly explored the very impressive waterfall.

On one hand, we are looking forward to continuing our journey to the Faroe Islands and the return trip; on the other hand, there is also a tinge of sadness about saying goodbye to Iceland. It has been nearly 3 very intense months, intense in every way, both very beautiful and very challenging.
