Singapore

After a 13-hour flight from Paris, we landed in Singapore late afternoon local time. The journey was long, but not as rough as feared. The plane was large and the legroom (for those who care) was nice.

First impression of Singapore - it's very hot here!

After a much-needed shower, we went exploring the surrounding area. Hotel 81 Osaka is located in a quiet area, but with several interesting restaurants just around the corner.

We chose one that was recommended to us by a random passerby. It was good and tasty food for reasonable money, but the red wine was not cheaper than at home.

After dinner, home and to bed, very tired.
