Rain, time and again rain

Tuesday was beach day. We walked along the spit between Lake Jamno and the Baltic Sea heading east, first by the inland lake, then along the sea. At the connecting canal between the two bodies of water, we turned back and retraced our steps. Since the weather was quite changeable, we weren't completely dry.

We had seen the first shower approaching and - retreating into the dunes and wrapped in our blanket - we waited it out, but the next one caught us unprotected on the beach and soaked everything that wasn't shielded by the jacket or the waterproof blanket.
In a small café, we warmed up again before continuing on our way.
In the evening, we cooked for ourselves in the camper, we had potatoes, tomato salad, and pickles.
We were still in the West Pomerania Voivodeship; tomorrow we would head further east, into Pomerania.
