This morning, we had a hearty breakfast of baked beans, tortilla, and eggs along with a burning candle.
When we picked up our rented surfboard from the surf school at 11:00 AM, we were well-fed. It turned out that we might have had a bit too big of a breakfast, as we had difficulty getting motivated to surf today. After two hours, we returned the board, went back to Gary, and took a break.
After we had rested, we grabbed our suits, the bodyboard, and headed back to the sea. The Atlantic was cold, but with the wetsuits, it was not only pleasantly warm in the water, but we also got extra buoyancy. So, it was quite bearable.
In the evening, we settled down on the terrace of the only restaurant in the area and had tapas in the encroaching fog. When a larger family entered the tavern, we also learned the Spanish version of the well-known 'Happy Birthday' song. Apparently, Sebb wasn't the only birthday person here.
