Second Day
Today is my second day. The sun's rays woke us all up early in the morning, and we slowly began to crawl out of our sleeping bags. After a hearty breakfast and a brief struggle...

Around three in the morning, we were woken by quite loud cracking of branches. We remained quietly lying wrapped in our sleeping bags. Some of us were very scared, but fortunately, the sound faded away and we could catch up on our sleep on that sunny morning. Was it a hedgehog, a bear, or perhaps a drunken local? There were many speculations, but we will probably never know the truth.
For breakfast, we finished off the cake and went for a swim in the reservoir. Then we packed all our things and set off to Pristina - the capital city of Kosovo. There we visited a local restaurant where we all had coffee. We were surprised by the very reasonable prices, whether for drinks or food.
Our next stop was the Cathedral of Blessed Mother Teresa, where we wanted to go up to the tower, but after a few minutes of waiting in the elevator, we realized we were stuck on the first floor and couldn't get there without a guide. After that, we strolled around the city for a while and were surprised by the contrast between the old, crumbling houses and the luxurious hotels and villas.
For lunch, we had kebabs. The food was excellent and the portions were large. The price averaged around 3-4 euros. Then, after visiting a local shop, we left Pristina and continued to the 'Bear Sanctuary', which is basically a bear zoo. Fortunately, we didn't have to worry about which one would visit us at night, as we arrived in Skopje (the capital city of Macedonia) in the evening, where we booked accommodation in an apartment.
