From Jelsa to Korčula

In the morning at 7 o'clock we set off from Jelsa. The fog is still hovering over the water and the first coffee on the front deck is the best again.

In the morning we make another swimming stop.

In the afternoon we arrive in Korčula. Korčula is also called "Little Dubrovnik". Allegedly, this is the birthplace of Marco Polo, but no one knows for sure.

We take a guided tour through the alleys and squares. The central square is located on a hill and there are many small alleys with lots of steps leading to it.

Due to the pre-season, it is relatively empty here as well.

After the guided tour, we drive to a wine tasting.

We try different wines with delicious tapas and wonder if all the bottles for the tastings are used up by the winemaker who only produces 3,000 bottles per year.

After the wine tasting, we are dropped off again in the center. We decide to climb the St. Marco Belltower.

Aside from the tiny little steps, you have a fantastic view over the whole Korčula.

We end the evening with wine on the ship.
