Day 4: My new hood: Chapadmalal
Good afternoon! This morning there was first a breakfast by the Atlantic. I could get used to that.

Hi there!
Today marked the last chapter on the topic of buying a house: The notary appointment.
It started with a breakfast by the Atlantic, which I have really come to love. But you already know that.
At 9:50 AM, my faithful Martin picked me up, and we went to the notary (Sergio) (who by the way will be my new golf club president and has a handicap of 2!!!).
It was all quite uneventful. Hermann and I signed the contracts, and that was it.
A small signature for me but a huge deal for my life.
In the end, Christian, the head of the real estate agency, gifted me 2 bottles of Malbec and a mate cup.
It couldn't have gone better.
Now that all the weight was off my shoulders, I could finally try out the SPA.
Really nice, it leaves nothing to be desired.
Women’s and men’s saunas are indeed separate.
That's how Catholics are. I can deal with it. After all, I am the immigrant.
At 6:00 PM, I head to Chapa to my house, which I now officially own.
Hermann is throwing a dinner party.
To the perfect home!
